Treat Eczema with Aromatherapy

Simply add three drops of Bergamot oil, three drops of Geranium oil, six drops of Juniper oil, three drops of Lavender oil and blend it with one ounce of carrier oil. You can choose Sweet Almond oil, Jojoba oil, or Sunflower oil as your carrier oil.

You can use this massage oil anytime you notice a flare of Eczema on the skin. Keep this oil stored in an amber container and keep it out of direct sunlight. If the itching becomes unbearable or covers a large area, you may decide to take an infused bath instead of just applying the oil directly. Simply add the oil to a full bath of hot water. Make sure that you soak for at least 20 minutes. It is also important to note that you should not use any soap in the tub. Just soak in the aromatic tub for best results.
