You do not have to read a lot of articles about bad breath to know that there are certain foods that will cause your breath to smell bad. You know this when it happens. If you are a milk-lover, then make sure you are brushing or rinsing your mouth before you head out in the morning.
Foods that dry you out: When you are thirsty or dehydrated, then your mouth will smell bad. That is because the dead cells in your mouth are collecting and starting to break down. If you eat a lot of foods that cause your mouth to become dry, then you can expect bad breath. Foods such as pretzels and other salty snacks are often to blame. In addition, alcohol will do this to you, too. Drinking wine and other alcoholic beverages, then get ready to brush or to grab a mint or a stick of gum. You will need it.
